Ingredients
25ml No.3 gin
25ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice
10ml Monin Gomme syrup
Berrys' United Kingdom Cuvée
Grand Cru, Mailly
1 Grignotine cherry or lemon


Method

Mix the gin, lemon juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker. Pour the contents into a Champagne flute. Top up with Champagne. Add a grignotine cherry or a peel of lemon.
