WATCH: UN Secretary-General Guterres's full speech to the United Nations General Assembly

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres kicked off a series of speeches by world leaders at the 2019 UN General Assembly by warning there is a potential “Great Fracture” where the world would be divided between the two largest economies—the United States and China. Gutteres also said he supports efforts to convene a third summit between the U.S. and North Korea and called for an increase in diplomacy as a means to promote peace around the world.
