MVVM for the Xamarin.Forms ListView

Let's cleanup that ListView and get rid of all of those vents for selection, taps, context actions, and more! We MVVMify the ListView to get ride of that code behind and use some really fun techniques like ancestor relative bindings, property changes events, and a lot more!
