I spent the day with the most beautiful ramen shop owner in Japan!

I went to the Ramen Chonmage branch in Osaka, Japan and had a chance to sit down and get to know the owner and ramen master herself! In Japan, ramen stores are predominantly male owned so it's really cool to see someone be a trailblazer and pursue their passions regardless of judgement or feeling the need to conform to societal norms!
