Young Leaders need to be more Compassionate

I am an Author, Psychotherapist, REBT Practitioner, Content advisor for leadership training, HR Prof, and Employee Emotional Wellbeing Coach.

With a clear goal of helping people to lessen their emotional suffering, at the same time teaching them to empower their own selves by wearing a life jacket if they ever land up in such situations of life, although there is no set prescription to face the challenges of life all we can do is emotionally learn to deal with it by stretching our capability and capacity with the support system we have around us knowing when we count our blessings over our pain is always more.

My purpose is to bring more awareness towards this cause by supporting people to have a better relationship with themselves, where it is all worth investing in yourself and this lets you respect the emotions of others at the same time, and knowing when you Belong To Yourself, you allow yourself and others to live a better quality life.
