Bukas ang Department of the Interior and Local Government sa posibilidad na sampahan ng reklamo ang mga dating lokal na opisyal ng Tarlac na posibleng may kinalaman sa pagpasok ng POGO sa kanilang lugar.

Ang nasabing POGO hub ay ni-raid ng mga awtoridad dahil sa pagkakasangkot sa mga iligal na gawain gaya ng human trafficking.
