Here we are with Sonic's final outing in the 20th century! This one is a game developed by famous arcade game developer SNK for their own NeoGeo Pocket Color! After getting Sonic's first proper 3D outing with Sonic Adventure for the Sega Dreamcast, it would only be appropriate that Sonic's handheld career would be due one real last hurrah after what happened with his last game on the Game Gear, Sonic Blast. Basically a remake of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Sonic the Hedgehog Pocket Adventure follows its own story despite sharing a lot in common with its Megadrive predecessor. How good is it really though..? Does it live up to the original Sonic 2?
