I copied the answer for this from my old pinned comment just in case you can't find it anymore.
"I edit/moving the sprites in Paint Tool SAI 2.0, record the screen with oCam, then put selected footages together in Adobe After Effects."

Edit: If you want to do it on phone or ipad, then I'm sorry I can't answer much since I made this on PC, but I guess its process is probably similar enough. Feel free to use any apps available to you. I think you can even do it entirely in FlipaClip if you have the sprites ready.

I guess there are not much people reading description... so I'm gonna write some hidden fun facts here!

1. That "pay your child support" and "give me a raise, master" was totally a placeholder joke lol. I felt like there were too much blank space so I just wrote whatever came up on my mind. Tbh, those one time jokes doesn't make much sense to me even to this day haha.

2. This is an honest reason behind the Kawaii Lost Kun. During the time that I edit Broken Vessel's sprite to make them look alive, I became sad from just looking at them (I guess I was looking for too long, it's normal when you doing this kind of thing), so I was goofing around with their eyes to cheer myself up. And here we are, a Kawaii Lost Kun, which I'm really surprise people seem to like and gave it a lot of attention more than I initially thought @-@
