Rio Ferdinand: We Can't Always Be Happy

new research by McDonald's and BBC Children in Need says that nearly half of children feel that they have to be happy all the time, even when they don't want to be and a majority of parents say they try to stop their children from being sad.

Rio Ferdinand talks about the importance of giving young people the space and confidence to share their honest feelings with their parents, guardians, teachers and peers in a bid to preserve their positive mental health.
