My homemade fruit caviar pearls is simple og easy for you to make. I also show you in my video, how to make Mocha Caviar - they taste super good for a cake with white chocolate. The oil I use for my fake Caviar is a rasp oil. You should put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours so it is sufficiently cold.
