8 BB Burpee Bent Row
6 Switch Lunge + SA Row (6 rows/arm)
4 Manmaker
2 pendulum lunges/leg

Tabata
1. Kneeling SA Snatch Windmill (4x then switch arms)

5-1 Combo Move BB set (all reps on each move before going to the next)
1. hang Power Clean + Kickstand DL (5/leg)
2. push press & squats
3. split lunges & DL

1. straight leg bicycles
2. hallow hold scissors
3. commando Knee Drives
