BlackRock Is 'Neutral' on China Stocks, 'Bullish' on Japan

Ben Powell, chief Asia Pacific investment strategist at BlackRock Investment Institute, discusses China's efforts to shore up its economy and the implications for the stock market. People’s Bank of China Governor Pan Gongsheng said Wednesday the central bank will cut the reserve requirement ratio for banks within two weeks and hinted at more support measures to come. Powell also shares his views on Japanese stocks. He speaks on "Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia."
