Despite her willingness to earn so she could provide for her two kids, Alma (Thea Tolentino) was jobless and was desperate to get a job. She soon approaches her brother to work as a waitress in a bar, only to find out that she also has to work as an escort to earn more. Alma then swallows her pride and embraces being a prostitute as Ferlina just so she could earn money for her children. How long will she prolong the agony of being a 'wife for hire?'
