4 sheets of toasted nori
1 cup sushi rice
1.5 cups water
1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
10 oz (280g) tongol tuna
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or spice of your choice)
1/2 avocado
1 cucumber
2 carrots
Wasabi, ginger & soy sauce are optional
