This week we present to you, legendary bodybuilder Tony Pearson. He is also known as the "Michael Jackson" of bodybuilding, and is a 9x world champion winning Mr. America, Professional Mr. Universe, and World Mixed Pairs. Throughout his life, he has faced impossible challenges — rising above poverty, abuse, and neglect to achieve incredible success. At 63-years-old, he won the AAU Master's Mr. Universe.

Today, he is a personal trainer in Las Vegas, and Matthew Januszek got a taste of his legendary workout routine. To start off our month long marathon, he puts Matthew through a rigorous arms and shoulder routine.
