This Deck is TOXIC! Maokai Mill is TIER 1?! - Legends of Runeterra

This Standard Maokai deck is EVIL. You're not really trying to do anything, you just toss cards out of your deck until Maokai hits level 2 and then you play Watery Grave to instatly remove all cards from your opponents deck to automatically win the game. There are a couple of sea monsters in this deck for solid value, but you're going to win 99% of your games with the mill wincon.
