From one year now the author utilizes the Spare Roof Technique in Augmentation Rhinoplasty with or without ear concha graft.
the technique is the reverse of the spare roof and it's very reliable.
It is addressed for Saddle noses in which the ULCs are preserved - ex. - frontal trauma, cocaine noses, septal perforations, post-septoplasty, and others.
