"IT CAN'T BE DONE" INTERIOR UPGRADE - Ford F-250 12-inch Screen Sync 4 Install

"It can't be done", is something I have seen multiple times regarding the new 12-inch Sync 4 Screen swap that was only available in a 2022 Ford F-250 Lariat / Platinum / Limited. I almost believed them when, in the last video, nothing on the harness plugged in correctly, and the pinouts were completely different!

Shoutout to @5.0fords on Instagram for helping me out big time by actually documenting this process on his build thread on the F150 forums. He also answered a lot of questions and helped me figure out what I needed to buy to get this thing going!
