Do all Evercade EXP's have this fault? | Let's FIX it

I bought this for £40 from off eBay. Sold as faulty but "working". It was supposed to work plugged in... but for some reason it doesn't.

After filming this, I've looked through countless forum posts of people having the same issue. Blaze must have made a big boo-boo with some batches of these systems...

Anyway, let's try and get it working again... I enjoyed this one, and I hope you do too!

PS. I'm not an expert in repairs at all. I do this for fun, and it may not be the best or safest way to go about repairing broken stuff. I'm pretty good at melting plastic though. Please don't copy me - I'm an idiot.
