Materials needed for this project:
1 cup - Corn Starch
1/2 cup - Hair Conditioner or Lotion
Food Coloring (optional)
a Bowl
a Spoon or other Stirring Utensil
Measuring Cups (1 c. + 1/2 c. sizes)
