Stellaris 3.6 Machine Empire Basic Build

Hello my most pious of worshipers. Today I have a new basic build going over machine empires early setup/year 0/15/30. Let me know if you have any ideas of suggestions. The shroud knows my machine empire play could use some improvement. I apologize for my voice in this video. I had a bad sore throat so I'm sounding a bit more monotone than usual. It's actually why my voice randomly sounds a bit louder when the year 0 start rolls around.
