Functional keys is one of the important topic of keyboard. Which shows user smarty. Functional keys contains 12 different keys or we may say it contain F1 to F12 keys in series.
There are different uses of every keys and all those functional keys are very useful for an user.
F1 = For Help
F2 = F2 for rename, Ctrl + F2 Print Preview
F3 = Shift + F3 for Change Case,
F4 = Ctrl + F4 for Close window, Alt + F4 for Shutdown
F5 = Refresh
F6 = use to activate keyboard command in ms word
F7 = Spelling & Grammar Check, Ctrl + F7 for Thesaurus
F8 = Use for selection in excel
F9 = Use for apply refresh in data in excel
F10 = Shift + F10 use as Right click
F11 = Full Screen on & Off in Browsers
F12 = F12 use as save as in MS Word
